Most B2B SaaS teams start at Growth. You can always move up after month 4 once you see what is working.

We sort the paperwork quickly

Once you confirm the plan, we send a simple service agreement the same day. The minimum engagement is 4 months. That is the honest minimum to see compounding results from YouTube. After month 4, you are free to continue, pause, or walk away. No pressure either way.

Payment is monthly, billed at the start of each month.

We do a proper knowledge transfer before a single script is written

This is not a single onboarding call. We take roughly three weeks to genuinely understand your business. That means walkthroughs with your sales team, access to your product, going through your existing documentation and marketing materials, and calls with you directly on brand voice, positioning, and vision.

We will also need read-only access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics, and Manager access on YouTube Studio so we can handle SEO and publishing directly. We walk you through all of that.

At the end of this phase you get a documented brief: a written summary of how we understand your product, your buyer, and your positioning. You read it, confirm it is accurate, and then we start scripting. Nothing moves forward until you say that brief is right.

We build your content roadmap

Month 1 is strategy. We research keywords, map competitor content, and put together a 90-day topic roadmap built entirely around buyer intent. Every topic has verified search demand. You review and approve before we start scripting.

Your involvement this month: the onboarding call and one async review. That is genuinely it.

Your first video goes live

Typically in week 4 from the day you sign, once the knowledge transfer phase is complete and the brief is approved. We handle scripting, voiceover, editing, thumbnails, SEO, and publishing. You review async and answer the occasional question.

Most clients are spending 5 to 6 hours a month once the system is up and running.
